Murder

Whoever:A person
Causes Death:Outcome
By an Act done with
- intention to cause
  - death or
  - Injury that
    - S/he knows can likely cause Death
    - Sufficient in ordinarily to cause Death
- Knowledge that act is imminently dangerous and in all probability cause Death
